Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer make an appointment, please try and give me as much notice as possible as this can be very damaging to my small business.
I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and so if your appointment is cancelled after this time, then you will be expected to pay for half of your treatment. If you do not show up for your appointment, then you will be expected to pay the full price of your treatment booked. I really hope these charges can be avoided so please give as much notice as possible.
